The successful candidate shall be responsible for ensuring prompt, professional, and sales-oriented interaction and moderation of content for our prospects in our social media channels.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and moderating all user-generated content within comments, images, links, videos, audios, private messages, and user profiles, liaising with the rest of the team when required to maintain a good relationship with our audience.
- Moderating communities in social networking sites, including Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms, and adapting methodology where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent and to keep our customers satisfied.
- Responding to and following up with queries from any communication channel to provide prospects with prompt and professional information on our products while deploying soft sales skills proactively and ensuring all quires are fulfilled on time.
- Aligning with the rest of the team on campaigns and selling or marketing standards and methodologies to support our business goals.
- Making reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes to have cumulative data to track the performance.
- Keeping track of the community moderation insights to provide feedback to the Social Media Team regularly
- Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience customer service, sales, or social media or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze content quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Comfortable using various social media platforms and moderation tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing policies, guidelines, and industry trends.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
Put through relevant sales and contracts for sales of goods or services.
Explain products and service features to clients.
Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
Up-sell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
Update customer information such as change of address and phone number when requested to do so.
Follow-up calls with emails if required.
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience within a quality assurance role.
- Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members.
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems and their functions.
